The Joint Challenge boss Shichifuja fully recovers WG if leftmost unit isn't a MageMage. Takes WG damage only from Burst, Dual Attacks, and Skill Chains - otherwise gains +20% and reduces WG damage by 50%. Weak to via chain attacks.

Miasmic Restriction

The Great Yokai's Servant

(Passive Effect) Reduces Attack of all enemies by 90%, but increases damage taken from enemies.
