Skill up rule of thumb:
- Level 2 for Weakness Gauge damage
- Effect chance, effect duration & cooldown reductions.

Chain passive can be left at level 2 until much later, the Weakness Gauge damage increase at level 5 is the only interesting part, so you can save skill manuals here until the more important skills are taken care of.

Attacks an enemy and deals fixed damage equal to 1% of the target's Max Health. After attacking, has a 60% chance to perform Buff Transfer on 1 of the target's buffs and increases own Priority by 10%. This skill deals damage proportional to Defense instead of Attack.

Will of the Shattered World
(Passive Effect) At the end of an enemy's turn, the caster's Defense increases by 20% (Max 3 stacks), and at the end of an ally's turn, the caster's damage dealt increases by 40%. (Max 5 stacks) (Active Effect) Attacks all enemies. Increases all allies' Priority by 10% and decreases the target's Priority by 10%. This skill deals damage proportional to Defense instead of Attack.
Enhancement — Will of the Shattered World

Return to Origin
Attacks all enemies and deals fixed damage equal to 2% of the target's Max Health. This attack ignores 30% of the target's Defense, and deals 50% additional damage if the target is a Boss. After attacking, performs Buff Transfer on all of the target's buffs and inflicts Spatial Distortion on the caster and all enemies for 2 times/1 turns respectively. This skill deals damage proportional to Defense instead of Attack. Right after using this skill, does not trigger an enemy's Counterattack, Revenge, or Agile Response.
