
Ember — Outerplane Water Defender Guide
This is Ember, a Demibeast who proudly calls herself a 'Pioneer Knight.' She says she's had all sorts of mysterious adventures alongside her master—sailing into unknown worlds, battling giant sea monsters, even foiling the schemes of someone who looked just like a princess from a faraway kingdom. Skills
Skill up rule of thumb:
- Level 2 for Weakness Gauge damage
- Effect chance, effect duration & cooldown reductions.
- Damage increases (DPS only)
Chain passive can be left at level 2 until much later, the Weakness Gauge damage increase at level 5 is the only interesting part, so you can save skill manuals here until the more important skills are taken care of.

Inflicts fixed damage equal to 10% of the caster's Max Health on the enemy, then attacks. Has a 30% chance to dispel 1 Buff(s) from the target, and gains 1 Unique Resource: Azure Will. Damage dealt increases proportional to Max Health instead of Attack.
Enhancement — Dolphin Charge!

Master, Spike!
(Passive Effect) Decreases damage taken by all allies by 10%, and if the caster is the only Defender among allies, damage received from a single attack does not exceed 65% of the caster's Max Health (includes Dual Attacks and Additional Attacks). (Active Effect) Increases all allies' Penetration and Defense for 1 turns, then attacks all enemies and increases the caster's Priority by 20%. Damage dealt increases proportional to Max Health instead of Attack.
Enhancement — Master, Spike!

Sudden Strike!
Deals Fixed Damage equal to 5% of the caster's Max Health, then attacks all enemies. After attacking, increases the Priority of all allies by 10%, and additionally deals Fixed Damage to bosses equal to 8% of the boss's Max HP. When holding 5 Unique Resource: Azure Will, consumes all to double both the Fixed Damage and the Priority increase. (Bosses cannot be defeated by Fixed Damage applied after the attack.) Damage dealt increases proportional to Max Health instead of Attack.
